Ordered a 3x. I normally wear a 18 top. Fits well in hips, bust, waist. Arms are extremely small. It's like they enlarged everything except the arms. Picture is of a size 18 shirt (shirt is much smaller in bust and waist but the arms are bigger on the shirt), laid on top of 3x dress. Dress is 95% polyester 5% cotton. Wish it had fit, would have been cute if arms didn't bind.
