Well it worked better than I thought it would for our wedding. It was my backup dress. My first choice was a bit poofier and I got pretty sick the day of the wedding (and my cycle started on the day of my wedding!) And I was worried I wasnt going to be able to manage a bigger dress. This dress was nice because the lining is thick and hides things well.Pros: I liked that it was more form fitting but hid the mom bod well. I didn't mind getting it dirty either because of the low cost of the dress.Cons: The breast pads were huge and way too high. I definitely should have gotten it altered because it was way too big on the top. I also didn't like how high the slit went. The sewing seemed to be a bit off in places.All in all I think it worked great for the day. Lots of the little sewing flaws weren't noticable on the big day. If you purchase just know you'll probably need to get it altered. Their customer service is FANTASTIC and messaged me right away what questions to help with the fit better.I'm 5'8" and about 180. I usually wear a large top and size 10/12 jeans. I purchased a 17w based on the size chart but I feel like I should have gone down a size.
